Orioles make changes to coaching staff; Fuller, González, Hernández will not return

The Orioles have shaken up their coaching staff for 2025 after their elimination in the Wild Card round. Co-hitting coach Ryan Fuller, bench coach Fredi González and major league coach José Hernández will not return to the team, according to a report by MASNsports.com, which was confirmed by industry sources,

Fuller, who spent three seasons with the Orioles, shared the hitting coach duties with Matt Borgschulte. They were aided by Cody Asche, the team’s offensive strategy coach over the past two seasons.

González, who spent five seasons with the Orioles, two as major league coach and three as the team’s bench coach, formerly managed the Atlanta Braves and Miami Marlins.
