Westburg leaves Orioles’ game with left hand discomfort

NEW YORK–Jordan Westburg left the Orioles-Yankees game with left hand discomfort. Westburg, who was the Orioles’ designated hitter, walked in the first inning. Coby Mayo pinch-hit for him in the third.

Westburg, who was on the injured list from April 27th until June 10th with a strained left hamstring, is hitting .229 with seven home runs and 14 RBIs with a .719 OPS.

Earlier on Saturday, the Orioles placed catcher Adley Rutschman on the 10-day injured list with a strained left oblique.
