Orioles left-hander Cade Povich left Thursday night’s game in Miami after three innings due to left forearm discomfort.

Povich had allowed three runs on three hits, walking two and striking out one. He was replaced by right-hander Yennier Cano in the fourth inning.

The Orioles currently have three starters on the injured list. Left-hander Tyler Rogers, who had the flu, is eligible to return on Monday. Right-hander Dean Kremer is out with a strained right quadriceps muscle.

Right-hander Zach Eflin won’t pitch again this season after undergoing Tommy John surgery last month.

Povich is 1-1 with a 5.12 ERA in four games, three starts.
