John Means allowed just one hit in seven scoreless innings in his sixth and final rehab start for Triple-A Norfolk. Means struck out eight and walked one, throwing 95 pitches in Norfolk’s 2-0 win over Gwinnett.
Means, who’s on the 15-day injured list with a strained left forearm, is expected to rejoin the Orioles this week.
