BALTIMORE—Oriole starter Dean Kremer exited Friday night’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers after three innings because of right forearm discomfort.
Kremer, who has managed to avoid the injury list this season, threw three hitless innings, walking one and striking out four.
The Orioles have had a major league-high 28 players on the injured list.
Kremer was on the injured list last season with a right triceps injury.
He was replaced by Dietrich Enns to begin the fourth inning.
