Jersey of the Game-Rafael Palmeiro

Rafael Palmeiro was one of the most controversial Orioles of all time. He had over 3,000 hits and more than 500 home runs–one of just seven players in baseball history to do so, but he’ll be remembered for testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance in August 2005. The left-hand hitting first baseman spent seven of his 20 career years with the Orioles and was a key players on the 1996-97 playoff teams, hitting 77 home runs and driving in 252 runs in those two seasons.
