The Orioles announced Wednesday that they are offering season-ticket and single-game purchasers a credit for canceled games in March, April and May of 125 percent, or a full refund.
The credit can be used for games in 2020, 2021 or 2022. Those who want refunds must submit their request by June 30th.
The canceled games comprise 31 of the original 80 games on the team’s schedule.
“The Orioles strive to be the region’s most affordable, family-friendly entertainment destination and we certainly understand how difficult these past few months have been for families and businesses in our community,” senior vice president of administration and experience Greg Bader said in a statement.
“Beginning today, we will offer our fans several options for all regular-season home games scheduled through May 31, which have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are hopeful that this policy will deliver significant added value to many of our most dedicated fans, while allowing those with uncertain or difficult circumstances the flexibility they need to make the best choice for their family at this challenging time.”
Single-game ticket-holders who want a credit or refund should write: Baltimore Orioles ATTN: Impacted Games 333 West Camden St. Baltimore, MD 21201.
The Orioles ask that you include your full contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
If you purchased seats through a third-party seller such as StubHub, the Orioles ask that you contact them for their policies on canceled games.

Awesome job by the Orioles ownership group. Seems something like this just goes unnoticed. They do strive to be the most affordable of all teams in baseball. Maybe the MLB commish will keep this in mind when MASN deal with the Gnats finally is over.
Not likely. MLB will continue to screw the O’s every chance they get. Don’t expect to see any All-Star games in Baltimore for decades.
Nice move, goofy timeline, requests must be done before June 30th, assuming no MLB for awhile, why wouldn’t they just wait until (if) MLB starts to have a concrete final date...go O’s...
